Terms & Conditions – Mega Flower Retreat

1. Application & Payment

• Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received and processed.
• $500 deposit is fully refundable only if the event minimum is not met by the deadline.
• All other payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Inclusions

• 2 days of immersive floral design experience
• Access to a $200,000+ floral production
• Accommodations and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Styled photoshoots and portfolio images
• Design tools, expert coaching, and networking

3. Website Terms

• Complimentary website using our Chic Template (1 year hosting included)
• $100/month hosting & maintenance after year one
• You must supply your own images (up to 10 from retreat) and copy
• No custom development or copywriting included

4. Participant Expectations

• Participation in the private Facebook group is required
• You may be asked to assist with floral setup or designers
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unless otherwise disclosed

5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation. Mega Event Pro LLC is not liable for injuries, illness (including COVID), or damage to personal property. Participation involves physical exertion, travel, and setup work, all of which you accept at your own risk.

6. Media & Photography

• We may use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes
• You may use approved photos for your own marketing or portfolio

7. Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the retreat experience.

8. Changes & Cancellations

We may adjust the event schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of full cancellation by us, you will receive a complete refund including your deposit.

9. Travel Responsibility

You are responsible for all travel arrangements and costs. We are not liable for missed flights, travel delays, or other travel issues.

10. Medical Needs & Emergency Contact

Please disclose allergies, medical conditions, and special accommodations during registration. Provide an emergency contact name and phone number.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or other force majeure events.

12. Confidentiality

All attendees agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing structures, behind-the-scenes production methods, and strategies shared during the retreat. Sharing such material publicly without permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Non-Compete

You may not create, market, or host a directly competing floral retreat, workshop, or styled shoot within 18 months of attending this event unless you have written permission from Mega Event Pro LLC. You may not reuse our curriculum, branding, or systems without approval.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter through good faith mediation held in San Diego County, California. You waive your right to join class action lawsuits or jury trials. California law governs these Terms.

15. Final Agreement

By submitting payment and registration, you agree to all the terms above. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and Mega Event Pro LLC regarding participation in the retreat.
